We do NOT collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account details, or UPI PINs. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment gateway, Cashfree Payments. Your financial information is transmitted directly to Cashfree's secure servers and is subject to their privacy and security policies. The Trust only receives confirmation of successful or failed transactions from the payment gateway.

Your personal information is used exclusively for: • Issuing 80G tax exemption receipts as per the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961 • Maintaining internal trust accounting records as required by the Gujarat Public Trusts Act • Recording your name and donation details in the Tithi Register (if applicable and with your consent) • Contacting you regarding your donation receipt or any queries related to your contribution • Sending donation acknowledgement via WhatsApp We do NOT use your data for marketing, newsletters, or promotional communications unless you explicitly opt in.

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Your information may only be disclosed: • To comply with applicable Indian laws, regulations, or legal processes • To the Income Tax Department of India if required for 80G verification • To our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments) solely for processing your donation transaction

We retain donor records for a minimum of 7 (seven) years from the date of donation, as required under Indian income tax norms and the Gujarat Public Trusts Act for audit and compliance purposes. After the mandatory retention period, records may be securely archived or deleted at the Trust's discretion.
