Shipping & Delivery Policy

This website is the official donation portal of SANT SHREE HARIRAM BAPA SEVA TRUST, a registered charitable trust. We do NOT sell, retail, or distribute any physical products, merchandise, or commercial goods. Consequently, no shipping or physical delivery services are offered or required for any transaction made on this website. All transactions are voluntary monetary donations to fund our charitable activities.

Instead of physical products, donors receive digital acknowledgements and receipts for their voluntary contributions: • Transaction Confirmation: Immediately after a successful donation, an automatic confirmation screen is displayed, and a transaction receipt is generated by the payment gateway. • WhatsApp Acknowledgement: The Trust will send a personalized donation acknowledgement via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the funds. • 80G Tax Exemption Certificate: If the donor provides their PAN card details, a formal digital 80G tax exemption receipt will be prepared and sent via WhatsApp and/or Email within 5 to 7 working days.

All documentation, including receipts and tax exemption certificates, are delivered exclusively in digital formats (PDF/Image) via WhatsApp or Email. No documents, receipts, or materials will be dispatched through postal mail, couriers, or physical shipping services. This digital-only distribution helps the Trust minimize administrative costs, ensuring that more funds directly support our charitable operations (Annakshetra and Gaushala).
