Refund & Cancellation Policy

All contributions made through this website are voluntary charitable donations to SANT SHREE HARIRAM BAPA SEVA TRUST. These are not payments for any goods or services. As charitable donations, all contributions are generally non-refundable once processed. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that your contribution is a voluntary gift to the Trust for its registered charitable activities.

In exceptional circumstances, the Trust may consider a refund request if: • Unauthorized Transaction: Your payment method was used without your authorization or consent • Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same donation due to a technical error • Technical Error: A system or payment gateway error caused an incorrect amount to be debited from your account Refund requests based on a change of mind after a successful voluntary donation will generally not be entertained.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the circumstances listed above, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of the transaction date: WhatsApp: +91 94267 35127 (Jitubhai Somaiya, Managing Trustee) Please provide the following details with your request: • Your full name (as used during donation) • Date of donation • Donation amount • Transaction ID or payment reference number • Reason for the refund request • Screenshot of the transaction (if available)

All refund requests will be reviewed by the Managing Trustee of the Trust. • The Trust will acknowledge your refund request within 2-3 working days. • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval. • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card) used for the donation. • The Trust reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in Section 2. • You will be notified of the decision via WhatsApp or phone call.

Once a donation has been successfully processed and the funds have been credited to the Trust's bank account, the donation cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel a donation, you must contact us before the transaction is completed. Once funds are received by the Trust, only the refund process described above applies.
